Why We Must Die So Young Trailer

Filmed on a black box stage in November 2024, Peregrinus Films pulled together a team of industry professionals and completed filming a proof of concept short in a dramatic stage-meets-film style.

Using strategically minimal sets and props (some from the 1930’s and 40’s), dynamic theatrical lighting, and character-focused settings and camera work, this trailer-style film aims to introduce the story of The White Rose, generating momentum towards the full-length stage production with Outcast Stories Theatre.
